Only $300 for a "vintage" Peugeot with a cottered crank and steel wheels. I'm thinking the rare self-charging back light makes this bike easily worth the asking price.

Does that translate to non-working front generator light?

Vintage Bridgestone 21 speed Road Bike - $275 (@@@@@@@@@@)
Hey there !!!!!!
I have a Vintage Bridgestone 21 speed with a chrome moly frame.Top tube is 21" long and 32" from the ground. It has pearl white paint and is in pretty nice condition.I just put on a nice new seat.I just put a new rim on the back and new silver tape on the handlebars. It has had a complete tuneup from @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@.The pedals look sort of cheap and I would change them to a silver aluminum type. This thing is as you know fast as hell and fun to ride. There is a tire pump that attaches to the frame but I have a tuff time keeping the air in the tires.Since I got it out of the shop I have not even ridden it much except for a short test ride. Not really my type of bike though as I weigh 235 lbs and would be more suited for a Montain Bike.I see these frames are selling for about $750.00 because they are the chrome moly.A little more heavy than aluminum but much stronger and they do not flex.I am asking $275.00 but cash talks. Thanks !!!!!!

This is one of the better ads I've read in a while:
"Truly a remarkable offering-NOS Bianchi veloce hand made italian frame by Roberto Corse- recently built up w/ many new parts New old stock frame (2006)-never hit the ground."
Who knew. Roberto Corse built a lot of bikes for Bianchi. . . . I wonder if he's related to reparto corse who apparently has been building bikes for Bianchi for over a century?

I figured the description would qualify it as at least humorously "interesting". Guess I was wrong.

Me thinks he celebrated winning the raffle by drinking a case of the beer whilst putting it together. Perhaps the rear fender design was a complex attempt at a pedal powered beer funnel?

On that T700 Bridgestone - the person listing the bike doesn't know how to multiply. That's a six-speed Suntour cluster being run on the back wheel.

Shift Lever Set Campagnolo Friction Downtube Shifter Set | eBay
I added this to my watch list when it first appeared, thinking that with the large shipping, it must be coming from Europe, and that if it was still available at the end of the auction, I'd see if the seller had something else interesting to minimize shipping. Nope, Massachusetts. Why not just start the bidding at $30 and offer free shipping?

I always hate shipping estimates, and wish the mail carriers would actually put the prices on the package.
Perhaps the package is coming insured signature verified certified mail with early next morning delivery.
Some sellers combine shipping, some just pocket the money for the double payment.

And before you say that it is impossible, it does date back to the first 2 years of the production Colnago frames. Colnago Super probably from 1968 or 1969.

I wouldn't say that's impossible at all, but I don't know diddly about Colnagos. I've had two people comment about my Grandis something along the lines of "Wow! That one was made back when Silvino himself was doing all the brazing." So with a small enough maker, why not?
