Infinitely more than doing none if you divide and virtually no effect if you subtract.

So, my wife is putting away Christmas decorations this morning and finds a sack of Ghiradelli chocolate squares. I ate 5 and now feel anxious and sick. It will pass in a couple hours. I told my wife to either hide the rest or throw them away, but preferably send them to BillyD.

Somebody must have been suffering from holiday cheer when starting this thread.

I have a chocolate tolerance problem. I was allergic pre-puberty but can handle it now unless I eat too much... like around the holidays. A half dozen chocolate squares gives me chest buzzing followed by an upset stomach. As a child, I got hives that looked like ringworm and vomited from a single Hershey bar.

I've been doing 3 sets of girls push ups after my trainer rides for a couple weeks now. I can now do a set of regular push ups for my first set of 10.
V.V. military press and pull downs on a curling bar machi e would help with your pull up regimen. Also do chin ups, easier.

Don't forget, I'm old and overweight and have my own litany of bodily defects. I did manage a max power of 813 watts on my ride today, 3 second power was 677 watts, so it depends which muscle group we're checking, I guess. Leave my puny arms out of it.
