Attach a freewheel Cog on Fixed/Fixed hub

Hey there,

I'm shopping around for some new hubs and am seeing some double sided hubs that just say fixed/fixed. It it possible to attach a freewheel cog on the thread even though it says Fixed/Fixed?

Thanks.
