Yeah that's a Velo orange stem. Part of the reason I swapped the original threadless fork out was so I could mount that stem.

Thanks guys. It came out pretty sharp.

This is mine, a Regal bikes Master. I changed out the handle bars, and have put a few kms on it with my wife. I love the simplicity of it.
