looking for a new frame

Basically i need a new frame,erm..yea nothing much.Just wanted to ask if anyone know any good brands.Budget would be around..$300-$350-ish?(just the frame,not including the fork) Something like the throne supreme lo.

Dolan Pre Cursas can be had for $350, frame/fork, headset and seatpost. Got mine from an eBay seller stateside to avoid shipping from the UK.

Could someone explain to me the difference between aventon mataro an the aventon mataro fixed gear
