How is anyone supposed to realistically answer this question?

Cinelli obviously makes nice frames. If a 2016 Parallax is something you want to spend your money on, then it's worth it.

I think he's more interested on our opinions of the paintjob on this year's parallax.

I personally like the 10 year anniversary version more. I believe the mash storeroom still has a few in stock.

My favorite is the 1st gen original though:

~~Nevertheless, a cinelli is of course worth it if you have the skrill to shell.

Yeah I just wanted to see everyone's opinions on the white/blue paintjob. Everyone in my area is so judgmental and because of that I need opinions from lots of people.

The frame is worth it, I'm not sure I'd pay extra for those components attached to it tho.

Personally, I really like that blue+white paint job. Your opinion is the only one that matters, though.

Carry on!

I quite like the paint scheme myself, and the frame itself is awesome... BUT the opinions of others shouldn't be on the list of things you consider when purchasing a bike, especially when it comes to aestethics. It's going to be YOUR bike, not anyone else's.

True, you don't ride the paint job. However, most people don't want to ride (or buy) a bike they think is ugly, either.

I've heard that your crank arm could hit the tire. is it true?

A friend of mine rides a 50cm and yes, his 165mm crank arms make contact with the front tire.

Maybe he should try a 650c up front.

Is this common across sizes, or does it only affect the smaller sizes? If I'm reading the geo charts right it looks like the Bolt is only 8mm longer from BB to front axle, which would certainly be enough to mitigate crank overlap, but wouldn't there still be considerable toe overlap?

I'm riding the 58. I only have toe overlap issued when I ride clips and straps. None when riding clipless.
Also, the Cyan/White paint scheme is rad. I sorta wish I went for the black/charcoal finish. The OG white version is still pretty great, though.

i'm no expert on bike paint jobs, but i cant see why everyone likes it so much.... looks like something off of a flyer you'd find in a hospital to me. just replace "Cinelli" with "living with disabilities" or "a life in recovery"

If you like it why worry about what people in your area say? You'll be the one riding it, not them.

Do I like mine? Yeah. It's a 52 in blue/white. Or "Cyanotype" as they call it. Whatever the fk that means. Do I get significant toe overlap? Yeah. Has it caused me to lay the bike down or anything? No.

Can I possibly tell you if this is the frame for you? No. Here's mine, by the way. In case this will somehow help you decide.
