They're a fine rim.
I think they're ugly.
Why are we typing like Ken Cox?

I didn't mean to direct that specifically at you or your comment.
I meant it more as a general sentiment.

Hi. Who would've thought Bike porn could become so popular? Hehe I can't miss a day. Thanks for putting the time in to fill everyone's insatialable appetite for it... (Paypal donation should be in motion)
Here's my 1975 Raleigh Twenty; Picked it up in lime green metallic stock condition about a year ago after seeing a few including Cheg and Sheldon's.
Spent a while picking up parts to turn it into my daily commuter with a 7 speed SRAM hub; I've just taken the plunge to go fixed after a while of humming and ha-ing. The idea is I can easy switch back to my 7-speed with a quick change of the whole wheel and chain. Hence the strnage position of the switch-box, detached rear brakes and preponderance of cables. Here's to flexibility! (even if it doesn't look as slick as it might totally stripped).
Running 54t -> 14t (72.1 inches) on 406 bmx wheels with Slick Continental Grand Prix it can't half go fast. Good job the brakes are good haha... Hi to all the other Fixed Twenties! Nice one I'll shut up now Huw

I can't imagine why I read this whole thread. Thanks for being a superstar as always turd! You would probably make an excellent kindergarten teacher.

I used to have the red version of that bike. It was too small and had to be sold
You can't tell from the picture, but the paint is metallic and there's chrome underneath. The decals are made of reflective material. So pretty.

I was kind of wondering what the point is of that chain. I'd love it for sprocket grinding, but I'm not about to do that on a road bike. The weak point of chains always seems to be the pins anyway - I've had them come out and leave me stranded.
