deathhare, awesome makino. his cycle factory is down the street from my house, practically.
My local jitensya-ya is Makino-san's sattelite retail shop.
I just picked up a panasonic TANGE-1 frame. I need some help with taking it on a good direction. I also have a project to do for my girlfriend's birthday. How far are you from Joban line?

It's pretty far, but I live off of route 6 a long ways.
The shop has a lot of really really nice expensive manufacturer bikes, and the custom framebuilder is next door.

Joban lines becomes the Chiyoda subway line once it passes Nishi Nippori. Make sure you catch the Abiko train. There are two Joban one that becomes Chiyoda another stops at Ueno.

those look like fairings, which are pieces attached for aerodynamics. don't know what they're made of. curious frame, that - i'd assume it's not intended for keirin? thought that aerodynamic additions were a no-no.
