WTF??? Did I say something racist w/o knowing it? I live in probably the most diversified city on Earth. So don't even try that. In additional, I am a minority myself.

So to answer your question.....no, certain minorities or people from certain parts of town are NOT more inclined to steal a bike just like a 5 year old is inclined to eat candy. If those kids were rednecks, they would have done the same. Same goes for kids who grew up with money. Kids will be kids.....it's for the thrills.

Perhaps you were fortunate enough to grow up and live in an area where the honor system is in place. But come to NYC and leave you bike for 5 minutes. I will bet my life that it'll be gone. That's just life.

No, I'm not ********. Why do you ask?

To answer your 2nd question, I guess it depends on how expensive it is. If you're dumb enough to leave your $3k bike unattended, it'll be my bike. Thanks. On second thought, it doesn't have to be a $3k bike. I'll take anything with a good frame to build myself a nice fixie. I've always wanted one of those.

I don't know if this qualified, but I think this guy is "somewhat" ********? But it's good.....one less idiot on this planet https://vidmax.com/index.php/videos/view/2112

Let me ask you this. I would have made the same comment if the kids in the video were white boys. Now, would that be a racist comment as well? If so, I guess I am a racist and proud of it. Does it matter what race the kids are?

Really? Maybe crooks around your area are dumb. But here, they don't pass by your bike 4 times and look at it. They'll walk towards it, and pretend as if it were their bike and ride off. Ummm.....you'll be there watching and give me a pounding? Ok, try it. We're in NYC baby. Stealing a bicycle = slap on the wrist. Assault = jail time = sharing a cell and being someone's b!tch.

kyselad, I just enjoy pi$$ing people off. I can feel the emotions from the keyboard. Makes me sit back and chuckle. What's this trolling term you refer to? Ummm, you joined what??? A year ago. *cough*newbie*cough*

And how did I pretend to be a criminal? Did I say I stole a bike? Nooooooooooo. I just simply stated that if someone was dumb enough to leave a nice bike out unattended, I would probably take it (and it's the truth).

But to be honest, I do come from a badass city (it used to be more badass in the 80s). I went to a Badass HS. Look up Lafayette HS in Brooklyn, NY on the internet and you'll be amazed. Less than 40% of students graduated from my class. How many times have you stared down a barrel of a firearm? I can use both hands and it won't be enough. If you haven't, you're very lucky. I wished I had a life like that. Daddy's golden spoon must have made everything tastey (not directed at you).

Am I a badass? Hells no. Did I have it rough growing up? A little....grew up on foodstamps & welfare. Horrible neighborhood. Drug dealers were everywhere. Went to a badass HS.

Hey, but I somehow made it through college and I'm trading bonds now. 3 bikes, 3 cars & 1 motorcycle. Go figure.

Btw, how old are you? I like blondes....you like Posrche 996s? Anytime you wanna go for a spin, give me a buzz.

It's alright, I really don't enjoy living in the ghetto. Too much to worry about. But I'll take your word on East Cleveland. Mine's a '02 996 (that's the generation).....it's a 911. Nothing special. Not the fastest, not the best handling Porsche, but it's more than I need...here's a pic

It's not as easy as you think. No one here will leave their bikes unattended. It's just funny because you see bikes that are worth......maybe......$30?? And they have a $120 lock to chain it to a pole. That's just how it is.

Well, you're accusing me of pretending to be a badass criminal, and I'm trying to show you that criminals don't normally work on Wall Street and most don't own Porsches. Fair enough?
