Yes, it's a fried egg sandwich (with sharp cheddar and grilled onions) that I wrote "NJS" on in sriracha, so I'd have yet another something to contribute to this thread.

man, i really can't understand the attraction to salt bagels. the most i can ever eat is one bite before i feel like my mouth is bleeding. ha ha ha

god, sriracha goes on damn near EVERYTHING i make. though on eggs, i prefer a brand called "yucatan sunshine" (habanero sauce) or mazetta's habanero sauce. neither is that spicy, both taste great.

crispy fried chiken + sriracha = yummmmm, as well. now i need to work that into a sandwich.
