Mud, Sweat and Gears

Is this place legit?
I just ordered something from them Sunday night and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.
I called yesterday and just now with no answer.
I'm starting to get worried.

Hmm...was it the 75s? I'm thinking of ordering them too.

that store seems dicey. i'm sure you'll get your ****, but i'd much rather pay like $5 extra and go through aebike, who is extremely fast and totally amazing.

Could you shoot me a link.
I can't seem to find the 75s on their site.

$180 w/ chainring. Still pretty good.

Thanks.
I wish I could get a hold of MSG either to confirm shipping or to just cancel my order.

That's so frustrating. I won't be ordering from them.

I ordered a KryptoMini last year from www.BicycleSource.US, who were horrible to work with. The only way you could get in touch with them was to e-mail your phone number, and someone would call you 2-3 days later (at which point it was too late to do anything).

I odered 170mm Sugino 75's from them about two weeks ago. It came in the mail less than a week from when I placed my order.

The price on the 170mm version was $157 when I got them. Must have went up.

This place is fine. They priority mailed the cranks to me, and when I called to check the status of my order, they told me when I should expect them.

I've ordered from MS and G. No problems. Don't remember a shipping confirmation, but I don't really worry about those things.

Thanks Jose and LovePark.
I'll just be more patient and maybe they'll show up at my door in the next couple of days.

Yeah, I was gonna order 170mm but when I saw that the price went up I decided just to go 165mm.

Yeah dude. We all get anxious waiting for stuff in the mail. Especially bike parts. If these people weren't legit, they wouldn't be in business. I'd give em a good review.

I just talked to a guy on the phone.
He said he was going to look up my order and call me back.
So, we shall see.

I have bought from them several times with no issues.. It seems they have 1 shipping guy so sometimes orders take a couple days to ship out.. They use usps priority mail most of the time.. This is the email address I used for customer service: sales@bikeusa.com

When I ordered a set, I got the automatic initial e-mail that basically tells you the order was accepted by their server or however that works. I e-mailed them a few days later, no response. Called them a few days after that and they said they were on their way but they don't pay for USPS tracking info. I got them the next day. Paid $8 shipping, don't know if the handling of this shipment (it was shipped in one of those free priority boxes) was really worth $3 but whatever, still cheaper than some other places.

Their lack of shipping notification/tracking number/response to emails leaves a lot to be desired.
But, overall, they seem pretty standup.

Just wanted to give the final update.
Just received my 75s this afternoon.
They shipped them on Wednesday, so that's a pretty damn good turn around time.
So, if there were any questions about MS&G, I just wanted to dispel them.
