Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My girlfriend and I were talking about this earlier today. I was going to do it, but we got sidetracked.

it needs to be done, and by you. please let us all know if you need help reconstructing the background or need help getting some of the smaller touches just right. im sure someone can send some hair gel to you if you need it! practice "the look" in the mirror a bit, it's one part: "i don't give a f***" and one part: "i so totally give a f***"... this, of course, might take about a week or two. next you gotta get the "hey dudes, i can trackstand like this for hours..." arms just right, coupled with the totally punkrock double-finger (this may be tricky...)

photoshopping funny scenarios onto the picture is one thing (and they are all super funny) but taking the leap into reality and re-creating the actual photo, that takes genius!

Well, that is the crappy quality version of it from FGG I believe. So you could have used better quality, sheesh. I think I could win that showdown though. I'd have home field advantage. His hair is bigger though, so who knows?

having nathan looking down at david's dickpiece and giving the double-bird would be pretty classic too! and maybe even making david trackstanding...

I don't have Photoshop, only Pixia. And the FGG version was the highest resolution copy I could find. But if somebody wants to redo that with higher quality pasting, and some shadow work, and better proportion, I won't be offended. Also, whoever does this, can you make the caption funnier? Thanks!

Love,

i was thinking about taking a picture outside of my house doing the "nathan fabian" and start a thread where we all take pictures doing the "nathan fabian" in front of our homes. it could blend the show where you roll thread and fixie/singlespeed pic threads together.
