Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I don't know, but I haven't made it the last two weeks. Stuck in Delaware. I'll definitely be there next week though.

Is this thing still alive? A few guys and I went a couple weeks ago, but we couldn't make the 23:00 time so we left earlier (just for the sake of getting some falafel).

Does anybody want to go today? We're thinking about heading out at 21:00 at the usual spot (start of the river trail), but we're open to other suggestions.

Should we stick to going to Maoz? The Maoz folks said Monday is the worst day to come (it's the only day they don't make fresh pitas). The guys that work at Maoz even admitted that they think Mama's has the best falafel in town. "Mama's Mondays" also works, phonetically, but I don't think they're open very late.

I hope it's alive, but I don't think I'll be able to make it out tonight.
