I have no skillz:
September Setting Sun [36" x 48", oil, latex, bike grease on canvas, painted using my hands, rags and a 16T cog] - Inspired by the next photo.

Taken off my back porch.

I like the outdoors:

I think that I will work on my painting skills this summer. My wife bought me some brushes, so that might help...

Bikes: 07 Specialized Langster Comp,06 Kona King Zing, 06 Specialized Rockhopper Pro Disc; 03 LOOK KG461;(destroyed by suv); 85 Panasonic Team America; 73 Peugeot U0-8; 94 Balance Super B BMX; 04 Diamondback Outlook MTB, Diamondback DBR DH
Some of these are destined to become paintings (digital). I've gone through the process with a couple others, but need the practice. I don't know why the scans look so bad. Oh well.

some bad photos of recent works in progress. I tried like 5 times but still couldn't get them to upload right, so the tops and bottoms are kinda cut off, which sucks cus you miss some of the text. moo.
anyway, last month I was really into angsty text based crayon drawings, many of which are based on song lyrics (bonus points if you know artist/song). these were more of reactions and acts of convenience rather than conscious efforts to make good art, but I like the way some of them turned out.
I've recently moved on to painting, working with my two favorite things, maps and fabric.
