Hmm. Never seen that one before. My impression was that the NJS was established to support the domestic bicycle business in Japan, so foreign companies are not easily given the seal of approval. Perhaps Campy used to be approved. The stamps certainly look real.

campy had a TOUGH time getting approved but I am pretty sure they eventually got in, either way those ****s are rare

C-Record did come NJS stamped in extremely limited quantities
There were a few rears on ebay within the last year all from the same seller (not this guy)

So you'd have to use one of those uber cheap 3-piece to 1-piece BB conversions. I have one on my Indy 500 goofer and it is quite nearly impossible to adjust. But we'll do anything for Campy track ends!
