No, I totally believe it's the original. First off, it's a club racer, so it belonged to someone who gave a s*** about it. If you look on the TT, it has the guys name. Second, that stuff was hand painted and made to last, also, doesn't Aussy have a pretty dry climate? That always helps.

As for the size. I'm thinking he meant seat tube. Just by looking at the head tube and comparing it to my 52cm Malvern, I'd say it's in the mid 50s.
