Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Cinelli - as a pup (after a fight with flour)

Last week.

and 'The Boss' has adopted the locals as pets - strangely a local man was recently attacked by a kangaroo, surviving to tell the tale.

Looks like a black German Shepherd to me. Yes, they exist. Yes, they look awesome. And the flour fight picture is ridiculously cute.

Jake: I love the second picture.

'Nelli is 9 months old. She is ACE!

She is a Black Saber shepherd is what I've been told. I'd never heard or seen a black shepherd before. Very wolf like.

Had her since birth, and the mum left after just three weeks.

Goes without saying - we love her.

Are you sure she's not a black german shepherd? Here's a photoset of one. There're a lot on flickr, they're really beautiful dogs.

My then girlfriend saw a kitten underneath her father's shed, and for maybe a week, kept insisting that I should take the kitten in. A few days later, when her father actually caught the kitten, she handed it over to me, her own way of testing me. Apparently I passed - the cat lasted longer than the relationship.

I wanted to name it Mister Snoofuls, but was immediately vetoed - good thing, as we would later discover it was a girl. Meet Misha Snuffles:

As a kitten.

Her rebellious teenager phase.

Obligatory and completely unnecessary bicycle photo-op.
