It had a coaster brake rear hub on it (and all the other necessary parts, this is just the frame), thick ass tires. I just flipped the bars, switched grips, changed BB bearings, cleaned rust, changed the rack. And now it's my campus bike. It's a pos, but a free and awesome pos that makes me happy.
BTW, when this frame dies, the swallow headbadge goes on my next beater. It is just too awesome.

it is a POS, but it is the sort of POS that can be cheaply made to proveide mobility to the masses. not some effete fancy **** for you bourgeois parasites. this one is for the working man. and the working man will ****ing bury you someday.

For those that are not Cyrillicly-inclined (and are interested), the label on the downtube is written in cursive, which is equivalent to "Украина" in block letters. This translates to what is apparently the bike's model name: Ukraine.
The head badge looks like it reads "XB3," however, the "3" is most likely not a number; it is a Cyrillic letter that is equivalent to the Roman letter "Z." I'm guessing that stands for "Харьков Велосипед Завод" which transliterates to "Kharkov Velocipyed Zavod" and translates to "Kharkov Bicycle Plant."

The one on ebay looks as though it says Record. But I am unsure what the last letter is. It looks like a д, but could be an O. If it is an O I have no idea what PEKOPO is.
