Maybe it's for motor paced riding? I know those bikes have huge chainrings for the high speeds and tiny front wheels for easier drafting.

True. The biggest problem with that bike is that it was designed for pursuit bars, not drops.

And that they threw a 24" wheel on a fork designed for a 650. And that they anodized some of the **** on there green. Good god... I'm going to be ill.

And the seat angle... with those track drops! AUGH!
