This seat post is really nice, I almost don't want to sell it.

Drew, come get this box!

Hey no problem from my end...I just wanted to save a few bucks...a lot of work to do it though.

For those that want to thank WCC please email them...I am pretty sure they are not reading these threads.

Hooray I got mine too. Thanks for setting this all up Grasschopper!

It matters to me, I swap cogs twice a week and getting the cog off is always the most annoying part of the process. I'm excited about the cog carrier...

Damn! the seat post is too short!

What tool do I need for the Miche BB? The Park BBT-2 / 22?

I guess I need to buy a frame that'll work with my seat post.

"The splines are the same dimensions as used by Campagnolo, so tools for installing and removing Campy bottom brackets will also work for Miche."

I never got an email, but the charge went through. When I contacted them to ask about it, I was told i did receive one (gmail doesn't think so) and that I should check with my post office. I think it will show up today, just a hunch if it was shipped or picked up on the 13th- (man the USPS tracking system is such a joke). Can't wait for it to get here!

Well now it is a battle between Nashbar and Ligero wheels to see who is going to be the slowest. Nashbar has shipped my order (did so on Thursday) but they tell the USPS to ship it the other way around the planet or something...my orders always take forever to get here when UPS ground would have been a day.

Ligero is another story...I hear Troy builds a good wheel and we shal find out...but he has had some personal issues this year and he isn't communicating with his customers very well because of it IMO...still waiting on a wheel build for my Merckx and 2 rims for the IRO from him...we are in week 8 of that saga.

Can't wait to get this bike together and get it on the road.

I'm not a fan of the threaded or threadless Miche headsets. They are pretty ugly.

Troy builds excellent wheels, but the folk on WW say there is currently a very long wait tied with it.

Well he said he was going to ship it yesterday and send me a tracking number...but I never got the tracking number. He assured me I would get it by Friday. I want to ride my Merckx man....

But on the FG front, Nashbar got me my stem, and bars yesterday...my IRO frame is at the LBS and I will pick it up today...it was getting preped (faced HT and BB, chased BB, aligned frame) and the headset pressed and I will pick it up today...only thing left will be the wheels which I am waiting for the rims for.

all my stuff should arrive today(UPS shows all packages are on the truck, and out for delivery ) the only parts I have for the IRO are F+F, saddle, and front brake.

My LBS is ready for me to bring the frameset(+12 pack) for prep work and headset installation, and the build should be almost done later tonight.

I wish I had a couple of old tubular rims to get the tires pre-stretched .

What works well for removing old tubular glue?

Hmm not sure what to remove tubular glue...haven't done it yet. I do have a couple of old rims to stretch tires on though. This bike will have clinchers...I only run tubulars on my Merckx.

I used tubs in 1986, during my very short racing career(1 year), but can't for the life of me remember what I used to clean up the used wheelset that my shop gave me.

It's amazing how much s*** I've forgotten .

Has anyone not received their shipment? USPS shows mine as delivered on Monday, WCC indicated they had the right address.. but I haven't seen a single box arrive at my place the entire week.
