Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Invented? No. The fat ass is as old as time. But in our fine democratic tradition, it is we who have made it accessible to the masses.

Thats a good question. I read it on their newest ebay ad. https://cgi.ebay.com/sparton-track-fr...QQcmdZViewItem
But now the weight seems to have magically been taken out of the ad. I assume their reading this thread.
**** them and their ****ing anchor weight frames. The fact that they took that out now just makes this whole thing even more sketchy than its ever been.

i saw it before it was taken out as well. 3141 grams i believe. which translates to about 6.9 pounds with the fork uncut (not that it makes much of a difference). i hope they took it out because it was incorrect, not because it is an unattractive weight.

I emailed the guy some questions. I hope his response convinces me to purchase the frame, I think it's sweet and I don't give a damn about the weight, I already have a super light frame.

Alright, it's clear this guy has a bunch of frames sitting around; why does he have it set up like a standard auction?

Looks like he's taken most of the wording/format from this auction:https://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Cro-Moly-Tra...QQcmdZViewItem

Maybe he left in the weight by mistake?

i'd rather pick up a cayne uno frame for 15 bucks more at the LBS and not be sketched.
