Sealed Bearing Track Hub

Sealed Bearing Track Hub
Can anyone recommend a high flange flip-flop sealed bearing track hub that has solid walls (as opposed to slats)? Does formula only make high flange with slats? Are the Surly hubs worth $75 for the rear? On a related note, does anyone really swear by Phil Woods? Is a rear hub really worth $200+?

Suzue ProMax SB are the sealed bearing version of the non-sealed NJS ones. These hubs arent being made anymore but can still be found on the web pretty easily.

He wants ones without holes of some kind in the sides of the flanges. All the Formula high flange hubs ive seen (including the ones on my wife's bike) have odd shaped holes in the flanges. How about yours?..cause i hate those holes.

^not formulas.
Well maybe they are formulas, but they'd be some kind of OEM formula hub that you can't buy anywhere. My guess would be Joytech/Novatec
Diacompe Gran Compe are another option

the suzue SIL-SP (Junior) hubs above are not that well sealed. And if you're using "Sealed" to mean "cartridge bearing" then they're not that either. Loose ball.

Level Components. The flanges go to 11. But you'll need their cogs.

Yeah my hubs are laser with the Bianchi logo - definately some kind of OEM arrangement. They spin better than $600 Mavic Ksyriums wheelset. I googled joytech and novatec and I don't see a resemblance to mine.

Business Cycles appears to have high-flange Formulas, fixed/fixed and fixed/free, with solid (no cut-out) flanges. See here:

Large flange track hubs with traditional cup/cone bearing balls, solid flanges:
TH30/TH32 pair: 36°×36°. Duplex rear hub ("fixed/fixed"). Silver or black anodized. $69.50
TH30/TH31 pair: 36°×36°. Duplex rear hub ("fixed/free"). Silver or black anodized. $69.50

those are really nice looking. Ive seen that pic somewhere else, I thought that they were the 'new' track hubs by Formula.

Nope, those are loose ball/cone & cup bearings. I know the OP was looking for sealed bearing, but it looks like you can't get them AND solid flanges from Formula.

When you made this comparison, did either of the hubs seem "better" in any way? Say, in terms of finish, machining, bearing smoothness, or anything else that caught your eye?
