No drillings or mounts on the frame, the original owner had it designed as a true track frame, it's not one of those Singlo frames. 74/73.4. I'll snap some more pictures later today.

love the orbit. great bike and in such good condition. a buddy of mine rides this for work and its still kickin after years on beat up boston streets. very nice find.
