more!!!

elTwitcho 12-20-08 04:58 PM

I think by posting those he's saying that the only interesting thing about his bike is the stay design, so it's kind of a dickish move on your guys' part to be hassling him to show the rest of his bike which apparently only serves as a frame to attach those stays to.

Don't be jerks, just move along people

Ah, thanks for the info

I was thinking the same thing.. not to be rude, but could you explain how pursuit bars are comfortable in that position because I have seen it before.

elTwitcho 12-20-08 06:17 PM

even if it's comfortable for him I don't know how he's supposed to explain HOW they're comfortable...

matt wisconsin 12-20-08 06:31 PM

describing what position he rides them? idk its not that important.

530farm 12-20-08 06:35 PM

Commend yourself for having such acute powers of observation that you were able to see through what appeared to be an over the top and obvious attempt at sarcasm but was an infact a totally sincere post. Kudos, you're good

bw286 12-20-08 08:51 PM

dudes, shut up until he posts the bike

Yeah exactly right. It feels like a nice solid rear end. The derailleur hanger adds to the versitility of this bike also.

My 2008 Schwinn Madison inherits the Gel Flow Flite, Sette carbon post, 3T ARX Pro stem, 3T Rotundo bars and pedals off my cross bike. Saddle-to-hood drop is 5.5" (14cm) but comfortable while mashing. It was super stiff and fast on my 2.5 hour ride in 25 deg weather this morning.

by having the bars at that angle, the tops are at a more comfortable angle because the part just before the bends. they dont come out forward near the outside of your grip, they go down first. and depending on the persons proportions, the bars being at that angle probably work for him. one of the macaframa guys rides with bars in that position.

He meant it more in the sense that there are other people that ride like that. But, I'm sure you knew that.

I used to own some Nitto RB-021. When they were set parallel to the ground, my wrist were sort of, pinched, not drastically, but I don't know how else to describe it. When I pointed them down a bit, my wrists were in a more natural position with the joint bent at a lesser angle. This might be indicative of poor bike fit, but within the situation, pointing them down made the bars more comfortable.

And then I let a really cute girl borrow them and she never gave them back. Damn ho's.

that's your fault, not hers :)

The stem looks like it's double jointed.

kassebaum 12-21-08 10:58 AM

Can someone give me a link to a relatively cheap (around 15-25$) saddle similar to this one except white?

I really really want to get my hands on a white seat but my lbs doesn't have any in my price range and I can't find any cheap ones online :(

JayNev 12-21-08 11:23 AM

u cant find them cheap because they are white. cheap white saddles usually don't exist. and 15-20 bucks? geez,
