be ready to file the fork crown. i have a king on my bridgestone beater and had to file the fork crown down to make it fit. so my fork is not even NJS anymore. |

Here's my generic Schwinn WorldSport conversion. Total cost was around $350, I love it, now I just need to find more people to ride with... It's 42-15, which is a tad too low, if anyone in chicago has a 44 or 46 they want to trade or sell, let me know

i've been riding this set up for a few months and it's been fine without the brake. i've thought about putting my flat bars back on and putting on a goldfinger lever and a canti brake. why do you think i need a brake, the gear ratio? |

switched out the profile design stem and nitto bullhorn combination for the SR Sakae stem and Chopped down risers with Oury Grips. |

brakes are also pretty. [i'm 100% serious] |

brakes are also pretty. [i'm 100% serious] i agree with brakes looking pretty. a little trick you can do is take paint pens to the brake arms then do a clear coat and it looks really nice. i'm slightly new to fixed but i ride every day and through riding bmx for years i have the balance and strength to skid stop and track stand so i felt comfortable without a brake. |
whats up with the bars green? they're pretty sweet, but I can't quite tell how they're angled.
