it is a dura-ace lockring tool/1/8" chainwhip. businesscycles has them for about 30 dollars... i have one, and i would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for both in the same tool.

i hear ya. i'm in the same position with an old basso frame (with the pogliaghi stickers on it ;)). i've got a couple bikes to ride, so there's no rush.

The pro's are my warranty replacement for the slipping Vigorelli's. So far so good after about 60 miles this week.

I surprised to see a cottered crank set on a bike from 1974. I thought they did away with those in the 60's.
