love the off road angus. looks like a blast!
|
i never knew that a standard ultegra road caliper has so much tyre clearance.
|
Thanks all, it's quite a bit o' fun. The saddle - my ass loves it (although the Ti is a little more cushy). The bars - more of a burly mountain set-up, but still good for road riding (I have a narrow set of flats I used when this was a true road track bike). The pedals - once again, this bike does double duty, and I prefer clips and straps on this bike, keeping the Time ATACs on the roadie bike. The brake - yeah, pretty cool. The fork was the main issue, but the tire fits like a glove.

I wonder what I could fit on my bareknuckle. There are a lot of trails around here that I would like to explore.

ack. it looks like this picture is the best that i could muster up. i was going to take another, but was too busy with work. at least this is better than the ****ty resolution of the other. it's a super fun bike to ride and the frame is virtually immaculate. yes, i still rock powergrips. the stem is from bensbike before they stopped selling the anodized stuff. tristan got the bars and i am going to be putting the seatpost on the chopping block pretty soon. |
thats some frosty pink goodness right there pal . very nice
|
That bike is not nearly pink enough.
|
that bike is ridiculous. exactly what we expect from you, shants. good job!
|
only one tube pad?
boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :D |
|
Just fitted new bars, finally took some decent pics of it:

The Bob Jackson looks very nice. Great color. :)
Wish it had a threaded fork. |

Wish it had a threaded fork. actually i guess i understand, i like to ride my BJ so much that i ride it even when i know it's gonna rain...i don't call it a beater though. |
BUro,
are you using hte campy BB with those cranks? how tight is the clearance between the crank amrs and the chainstays? i'm thinking about getting some of those. |
Shants has the nicest bike I've seen in Ohio besides mine.
