Gives me enough gears to get me going relatively quickly in the streets, then I can loosen up the wheel, lower the ratio, and ride the Barton Creek greenbelt. I also swapped the Origin 8 Mary rip-offs and mtb brake levers out for a set of On One midge bars and Cane Creek compact road levers. They're much more comfortable and allow for multiple hand positions for my ride to work. I had a straight seatpost but swapped it for a setback Thomson and it makes the fit just right. Finally I de-badged it and added red tape to give it that superman look. With my red Axiom bags it's perfect.
did you not like how 'regular' road levers worked with them?
looks like a fine fine ride.

This is mostly a Windsor Hour. I don't like this stem and don't normally use it b/c I usually run a 50 cent MTB threadless on a quill adapter with riser bars I took off a crashed up schwinn mesa. I spray painted them 24K gold. They are bling now. I'd take pictures of that setup but theres a thunderstorm blowing in outside, and my camera is full and out of batteries.
alright now

Still need to get another lever and finish wrapping the bars.

Fixed, 48/13 with 406 wheels and Big Apples, which works out to around 70 gear inches. I'm almost glad my Dahon got stolen; it gave me the opportunity to put this one together.
