Here's an update of my Bridgestone I purchased from strattond in 2005. Probably the best bike I've ever ridden. I have built new wheels for the ride as you can see.

If that were spray paint it would be pretty bad ass, but I doubt it looks good brushed on.

Wide angle lens makes those bullhorns look long as hell.
|
That's pretty hawt, freddiesan. Best use of bright deep V's I've seen in a while.
|
Everyone else's Bridgestone frames ares so much nicer than mine.

started with a really rusty and crusty this
http://www.teamkarim.com/bikes/used/images706-01.jpg ended with this.. http://velospace.org/files/.jpg http://velospace.org/file7.jpg made with extra parts and a singlespeed conversion kit... great to smash around town so i dont have to lock up my nicer bikes.. and i dont use the spinergy daily... still working on some custom graphics for the frame and eventually a eno hub so i can go fixed...(but ehhh not in a rush) |
The front end of your bike looks like it wants to be a F1 car.

The Trek with the spinergy looks atrocious. But the fact that all those are (apparently) extra parts is pretty impressive.

on the niiice trek-
the "holy crap i'm reaching out far" risers on that cinelli stem make me think of superman... and they make my hands hurt just looking at them. also, not having the rear v/canti brakes makes me super sad. it does, however, look spectacularly cool even with the weird bar setup. the pista concept minage tua- freaking cool but the colnago needs to steal the 03concept's drops and seat... then the pista concepts can just head to a rave somewhere and do drugs, because they look like they'd get into that. the colnago is ultrasweet though. |

Although drops would sell it for me. |

this is just an experiment to see if my resizing skills are as crappy as my bike-photography skills are... I'm guessing they'll be on par. I apologize for the indoor flash photography, I tried taking a shot outside and it was so sunny it glared-out half the detail on the bike. at least indoors I get to stay cool.
feel free to be pained, it's going to look like $#!*. |
yep, looks like crap.
any ideas why it's showing up as a linked file rather than an inline image? it's impossible to tell from the crap-photo but it's a Team Miyata of an unknown age (I asked T-Mar but he couldn't tell based on the serial #) |
I like it! In a weird way.
|
Some guy stopped me to compliment me on my bike as I was pulling-up outside a convenience store earlier (it looks better in person than in my craptastic photos)... except I then realized he was somehow mesmerized by the handlebars, which are just cruiser bars I grabbed out of a bikestore's bargain bin when I got sick of the drops I had on it.
I hope no one will be offended by this, but... I've been tempted to switch over to track drops but can't bring myself to do it because I find them a little too precious for my taste (while admiting they look great on other people's bikes). But then, I also find it too precious to fix my fecked-up handlebar tape or beat to crap wrapping... so, I might not be one to judge. |

I thought those spinergy wheels were giant carbon fiber death machines?
seriously, you took a generally non-descript bike and turned it into a hideous hip-machine on steroids. but it's made out of spare parts which is pretty impressive really. |
Oh ****, I just saw the yellow platforms, with, with reflectors
