Seat/post securilty. I peice of chain in an inner tube.

its a little piece of chain wrapped in inner tube to make it more difficult to steal the seat

I don't think its a Pista. The drop outs and down tube aren't right for a Pista. The drops outs look at little like Surly drop outs. But I don't know.

I am six feet. Fits perfect with a 110 stem and seatpost (Miche supertype) positioned in the middle of the saddle rails.
