here's my bike. I'm pretty sure the frame is a 1975 Raliegh....I know for sure it's from 1975 from a sticker on the back of the seat tube that says EUGENE 1975. Anyway, formula hub laced to an alex rim in the rear, some ****ed up mavic rim with a tiagra hub in the front. old ass heatset, nitto stem, oval TT bars, "vette" saddle (?), rusty seatpost, shimano sealed cartridge BB, sugino RD 165 crankset with 48/17 ratio, surly cog, mysterious track pedals. what do you think? just rode with those bars for the first time today, think i'm gonna adjust the angle forward a tad.http://a378.ac-images.myspacecdn.com...1d10029989.jpg

humancongereel 10-04-07 03:51 PM

an actual cargo bike? there are some sick baskets and racks...some you'll have to drop a little coin for, but if it's your business, it's worth it.

yeah the 29r with balloon tires and a cetma isn't going to cut it for much more than six file boxes 4-on the rack and 2 on my back I want to get something with a locking cargo box kinda like the worksman sud it come standard ss but I would upgrade to a 7spd internall like this

Ok. You win the 'weirdest chainring' contest.

Our bikes are friends as well.

mazdaspeed 10-04-07 05:08 PM

If Constantine rode a fixie that's the chainring he would have used.

Cynikal 10-04-07 05:12 PM

Please tell me that you actually ride that in Rocklin. That ******** kills me. Awesome.

Edit: You guys ever come downtown for the races or polo?

Otto Rax 10-04-07 05:17 PM

hey westy, is that jiggle-belly in your spokes?

Batson 10-04-07 05:33 PM

SELFdizolve 10-04-07 05:41 PM

Thankee! I done it myself. With Home Depot, you can accomplish anything.

Will n 7speed internal stand up to the rigors of messaging?

Retem 10-04-07 06:52 PM

yeah only thing is freight and their pretty expensive I found the kona ute and will probably make an aluminum trunk for it btw how strong is 1/16" aluminum sheet?

Straws 10-04-07 07:27 PM

pretty flimsy. Making it out of aluminum is going to be crazy expensive but the alternative of 100 pounds of steel sounds worse.

JunkyardWarrior 10-04-07 07:47 PM

ever think of a car top cargo carrier?.....all plastic , rainproof and lockable
