Windsor "The Hour" vs. EAI Bareknuckle

hello, im currently looking to upgrade my frame from a Windsor 'The Hour' to... well just about anything under 400. The brassknuckle really caught me eye with its small frame size (im 5' 4" with a 28" inseam), and the pure track geometry. I'm just not exactly sure if this is the best upgrade i can get with my limited funds. If anyone has any suggestion/comments/experience with either frames, please help a fellow biker out.

Good frame. I'm sure you'll be very happy with it.

the bareknuckle is a steel frame, made of dedacciai tubing. the brass is aluminum. however my question still stands, despite the mistake, would the BRASSKNUCKLE be a suitable upgrade from my Windsor?

get an IRO, don't buy that $hit from taiwan, get an IRO and support a better company. Get the Mark V frameset for $269, and you'll have atleast another $100 for upgrades
you could upgrade the BB, crank, or anyting with that money

yeah but the company is here in the US and when he buys an IRO he'd be supporting a US company that is a really good company IMO

If you like an aluminum frame with a sloping top tube, then by all means buy the brass knuckle. It comes in lovely pastel colors, too.

And try asking IRO a question from their website. I finally never got a reponse after trying several times. So I bought a Surly for a commuter.

nothing's wrong with taiwan. i fail to see why it's so bad to pay money to the people that offer the product that has the most valuable.

Bikes: Brass Knuckle

i own a brass knuckle. i like the fact that i can carry it up stairs with one finger. however, the frame is too compact.
