Are those the nashbar bullhorns?

Profile Airwing. They were very good and stiff, but I like the T2 wing better. The T2 is even more stiff.

The Mavic Ellipse is light, strong and true, looks nice, and isn't expensive.
Using only 20 bladed spokes, the set is VERY light, especially when to compared to other common "street" setups like Deep Vs + Phils.
They are acceptable as entry level track wheels for weekends at the velo.
They are clincher for easy maintenance.
I'm well over 225 lbs. That wheelset carried me through the bumpy, pot-holed streets of Baltimore daily (rain, salt, and snow, too) for quite a while with no issues whatsoever.
I got that wheelset second hand (with the bike), used them, then sold the bike to another friend. The wheels have NEVER needed truing during all three owners!
They aren't expensive at $450 MSRP a set. They can be had for like $400.
They are deep, black, non-machined and all stickers are removable. But, you will need some goo-off. I think they are the old CXP-14 or CXP-30 design.
That bike above at 57cm with TIME MTB pedals and rear light attached was UNDER 16lbs.
