Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Meet the love of my life, Donna. She gets me from point a to point b which ends up being about 30-40 miles a day for work and play. She's nothing special but super practical and the perfect fit for me. Rattle can paint job is all me from a couple weeks back and it's holding up well. Hate on her or love on her if you want, but she is mine and I am a happy cyclist now that she is in my life. I will have pictures of Betty, my touring bike up in the touring section soon I am waiting for some parts so I can finish her most recent surgery.

Cheers!

What handle bars are those? Really lovin' that bike, well done.

This is my love affair, get's me everywhere I need and then some.

I'll have to get some better pictures up, these don't quite do her justice.

The red tire is a 5 dollar special from the lbs, a pinch flat ruined my other tire

Love the hand of death above the bike. Foreshadowing?

I think Dura-Ace Track hubs would look sweet with those rims.

Deshi-

That bike is HOT. Wow. Love the tubulars! Honestly, I didn't like that frame that much when I first saw it, but I love what you did with it. Are you gonna ride it on the track at all? How do tubulars feel?

Thanks man. I will ride on the track but not that much for awhile. The closest track is 280 miles away from me. I will get up there as much as possible.

As for tubulars, this is my first ever set and only have 2 miles on them and so far they feel amazing. Are they worth the pain in the ass it was to glue them? Eh not yet. LOL. Ask me again after some more miles on them.

It's awesome man!
Did you buy it as a frameset? On Specialized website complete bike has the fork like you have and frameset version has a flat crown fork? Do you know if that is just prototype pictures or it is actually possible to get one with the flat crown?
Could you post more pictures of your own?

Sorry for so many questions, but you've got me excited!
