The purple kilo is very clean. I'm loving the microtex tape on my bars too. BTW, how much did you cut off your tube? I kind of want to shorten mine.

I think it was a compliment.
I like the colors, but I wouldn't personally mix blue and red. They don't seem to match.

Also, adjust your brake pads, they're too low, and wearing the anodizing off on the rim near the braking surface. Much more, and you'll get a really ugly wavy look on the blue.
Strangely, the red/blue works for me because the red is such a deep color. I wouldn't add more red though, that one detail is enough.

ha, no, though our team kit has taken a significant influence from their designs. our 'red' and 'yellow' are different shades

A ton informally meaning a lot. Referring to what it used to be, a stock kilo tt. Next time I'll make sure to be specific. Saddle, wheels, tires, cog, chain, crank, pedals, straps, clips, fork, headset, stem, handlebars.

jt-fsa omega compact bend, i've got them in the wing form which has aero flats, also the carbon version...point is i've got them on all my road bikes, i'm in love with the bend as i'm a shorter guy, and my knees hit my chest with deep drops. i like the fact that there is a lower position when in the drops, but it is easily just as comfortable as riding on the hoods or bends, no drawbacks at all.
soil-thanks, they look much much cleaner than shimano type calipers, it'd be nice to get a pair of super record skeleton calipers though, lose some weight
