Chrome Bag Order
Hey guys
I ordered a chrome bag directly from their website 8 days ago.
I immediately recieved an email sayin my order was pending review and id be notified of its status.
I have been billed.
I have no shipping confirmation.
I have sent two emails to them asking what is going on.
I have had no replies.
Does anyone had a similar experience or have a phone number for these ******bags?
NEGATIVE REVIEW ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Big link right on their front page... special number for online orders... should probably do ten seconds of searching before s-talking them online.

You need to dial the international access code. Read this.
So, dial 00+1+(the number on the web page that starts with 415).
San Fran should be around 8 hours behind Ireland.

i bought some stuff from them for my girlfriend. came in a week. the bag was to small for her. i emailed them asking some questions. next day i got a response, day after i sent the bag back, and a week later i have my money back. good customer service review from me. they were prompt and polite and gave me my money back. if you are in Ireland it is going to take more than a week. who knows how long customs will hold your **** for.

I bought a bag from them and I'm in Canada, It took 9 days and I also didn't get any confirmation or replies till the 9th day. This day was coincidentally the day my package delivered. I read the email 15 minutes before it came. They tend to do that, but you'll get your stuff safe and sound.

i just checked my old emails. i got an email confirmation that that bag was ordered, but i didn't get a tracking number emailed to me. the bag came in a week. it was ordered june 8, and i got it on june 15. that was the second time i ordered from their website. first time was a cell holder and a hipbone. again came in a week.
i also emailed customer service on june 18 and had a respone on june 19.
chances are your order is on it's way to you.
