I also like red and chrome. $220 is a great deal for the frame and fork. I would like to see a pink and chrome. Id buy one instantly.

It's just a respect thing for me. It takes away from the teams, riders, and all the people who have been involved in the R/D behind making parts/designs to be competed, and win, at that level.
You guys have done absolutely nothing, at all, nothing to earn that. You don't design your own frames from the ground up, you don't have millions in R/D, you don't sponsor anybody. You just piggy back on the factories for deals. No bashing what you do, you offer great deals for people, and it's cool that you guys offer the "generic". But WC stripes are a no no, and a disgrace.
I take it you would hate the WC stripe bar tape I have then?

$220 sounds good to me, but when are we gonna start talking about lugged framesets with the color/chrome treatment?

I think if you do lugged, just do another frame. Keep the kilo luggless and make another frame lugged. Options my man, options are a good thing.

Electric blue (like the deep v color or late 80's schwinn darker blue) / chrome

yeah, I was thinking in addendum, like with the Kilo WT. Maybe this could be the Kilo LG, or something that didn't sound like the name of a cellphone. Same Kilo TT style, but lugged.

And with what geo?

Yes, a lugged version for $100 more is worth it - I would want mine in track geo and ideally with this chrome + paint scheme you are talking about here. I am still a fan of a darker blue, kind of like what you offer in the bluestar stripper. You guys are doing some really fun things with the Kilo frame of late. I'm definitely paying attention!

Maybe try a limited run to gauge customer response?

Will the fork still be partially threaded on this run of Kilo frames?

I'd be down for a lugged chrome frame, especially at around $320. $220 for the chrome or something like white/chrome would be still a great price, but I'd hop on a lugged one in a heartbeat. Sign me up for a 49cm.

he never said he was going to make it, he's been on the fence about it if anything. need him to commit to the project before we can even begin to discuss specs.

I'd imagine more people would want 1" with a threaded option for a lugged frame.
