Oh yes...question. How durable are the allen nuts used in Phil Wood hubs? They seem like they'd be more prone to round out than hex nuts when you're torquing your wheel down.

I don't see what's so hard. Use the correct size allen wrench and proper tool etiquette and they will last a lifetime.

They're not made of cream cheese. As Leuky said, use the correct size wrench and refrain from being a ham-fisted gorilla.

They're great for trainers btw, hex nuts won't grip tight in some trainers but my AC hubs work great for clamping on a cycleops.

Surly Jethro Tool. You can hook it onto your keyring, right there with your U lock key. Now you can open beers, take off your wheel, unlock your bike. A regular fu*king MacGuyver.

Why is opening beers such a priority for tool makers on this scene?
