need single speed cog help!
hi all,
i just bought a new set of wheels for my commuter that uses a formula flip-flop hub. i intend to run the drivetrain as singlespeed. what exactly do i need for a rear cog?
i assume i need a freewheel since the hub is not a freeehub correct? can anyone point me to what i need and where to buy. i'm looking for 16 or 17t
thanks in advance!

Make sure you buy the right size to match the rest of your drivetrain ie. 1/8 or 3/32. Installation is cake. Line up the threads on the hub with the cog and spin on. Just be careful not to jump threads when installing or else you may destroy the hub threads. No lockring is needed for ss.

You need to put some grease on the threads of the freewheel before installation so the freewheel can be removed later if you decide you'd like to try a different gear ratio or if you wear that freewheel out.
