Summer = Shorts and t-shirt.
Spring/Fall = Fleece/Flannel lined jeans, t-shirt, flannel or Carhartt, leather work gloves.
Winter = Fleece/Flannel lined jeans, gore-tex snowpants, longsleeve t-shirt, wool sweater, waterproof hardshell, -20F boots, bandana across face, hat, helmet, waterproof mitts.
Comfort really has never been an issue whether going down to the store or on a century.

Ooh, temporary, not as cool. I don't think I can be seen going with you to Starbucks anymore. Temporary tattoo people might have to stick with getting coffee from a street vendor cart. OH SNAP.

For commuting/groceries, I wear my jersey (I love the damn thing) and soccer shorts. Longer rides get chamois. Bike is permanently set up with clipless.

for the summer, SPD-SL's, a bib, and a wool top. SPD's when school starts, i might wear regular clothes with cycling-specific (rapha) underwear if it's cool enough, but if i know i'm going to sweat a lot, a bib with shorts over it.
what i really want is a pair of outlier shorts or pants.

for commuting - i have to rock shorts (no cutoffs) and t's then change to work clothes - i'm a sweaty motha ****.
tooling around - whatever i'm wearing.
longer rides - i'll break out the bibs and jerseys, but that also usually calls for the geared bicyclette.
regular clothes - boxer briefs
bibs - rockin the skin/chamois friction.

when i ride my fixed gear, i will usually wear a pith helmet, red fishnet t-shirt, a tuxedo jacket with tails, furry leopard skin hot pants (with the fur on the inside), knee pads, and combat boots. but only when i'm actually physically riding the bicycle. otherwise i wear whatever clothes i put on that day.
