So has anybody here on the Fixed Forum gotten a response from Kryptonite after they emailed them their personal and lock info?

I've sent 2 emails and haven't recieved the auto response promised. I sent a third to customer service and have heard nothing. I'm sure they're busy, but I don't care. I thought about calling today.

Last night, I purchased an American Boron shank lock that uses a true key tumbler lock system to replace the lock on my NY Chain. Salome had one of these and it looked solid.

I got the auto response but I was more concerned which I already replied to. But I think we are supposed to get another email or something after we have sent our personal and lock info. Did you get a response after you send that info?

Their website is down. i can't even find out what I'm supposed to do. I know I should have done this a while ago but I procrastinated. Now I don't know what I should do! <weep> <weep> I bet the feckers moved to Jamaica on my dime.
