I emailed them my info on the 23rd and never received anything back. Nothing in this morning, I hope this **** does not take long.

I've sent 2 emails and haven't recieved the auto response promised. I sent a third to customer service and have heard nothing. I'm sure they're busy, but I don't care. I thought about calling today.
