And on my bike, it is a flag looking think, it is painted on, so I cannot take it off. As well, I used tennis overgrips on top of the bar tape I just taped it on the two positions that I use the most for more of a cushioned feel. I am thinking of just changing out the whole bar tape anyway, the ones on there right now are way too thin. Or switch it to full bullbars.

The white brake line bothers me a little bit... since it is not a perfect line The whole idea of white/red accents started with the Romin seat I love and white pedals I had.
still not sure...
Talking about wheels - I have thicker rim but each is a 1lbs heavier...
Unless I will be stopping to take a picture every 3 miles ...

Agree with justfitme that the stem is butt. If you don't plan on switching out bars a lot, go grab one of these:
They just look better. And it looks like you had some concept in mind with that bar tape, but I can't figure out what. Other than that the bike's fine. Meh, but fine.

I find white and black with no decals to be the blandest of the bland.

I don't mind blan in a bike, actually prefer it to too flashy. However, the stem is already up pretty high and the one shown above as a change has a negative rise to it. The owner might not get the position they are wanting from it as the current one looks like a 90 degree. Maybe some riser bars are in need to be able to change up the stem.

I love the green color, but I think the overall bike needs to be more uniform; either get silver stem/seatpost or go with black cranks. But because the fork and cranks are silver, the stem and seatpost would look killer in a matching color scheme. Would totally ride.
Here is my ride with the all silver parts; I too used to have a black post and stem and once I swapped them out I think it transformed my ride.

Other than the fact that it looks a bit small for you, I dig it.
It was a budget build, I had the wheelset, saddle, stem, and bars already, then I won the headset on eBay for cheap, so I just bought a black seatpost to match it all.
I have dreams about this though:
The top half of this bike may get a makeover in the next few months, but I gotta buy and outfit this road bike first.

I think you mean a bit large, based on seatpost showing. But, I think that actually looks like an excellent fit for his body. Shorter legs, longer arms and torso. Good stem length for bullhorns puts the forward hand position right over the front wheel.
Too bad the frame isn't a darker blue to give you the more classic navyblue/yellow aesthetic. Very nice.

If it fits though, I wouldn't argue anything about it. It's a solid build with good parts and no jackassery.
