I can't wait to read some reviews of the new 725. At it's current price point it would compete with the Motobecane Team Track($350) if they ever come back in stock on bd. You get a carbon fork and headset with the team track though :/

Here's my new 2010 725tr build. Just picked up the frame straight from leader in SD. Thanks Travis! Damnit...should have picked up the 2011 model though but didn't want to cough up the extra bucks even though the welds are so damn smooth!
(don't mind the celeste wheelset...got an awesome trade for them considering they're laced to dura ace hubs =))

Well I guess it's my turn to show some love. Blue bar tape is making way for some black lizard skins tape in the mail, I had these on my vigorelli before I swapped them out for another pair of b123AA's; was hoping to put it on before shooting these but I didn't want you fellows waiting. On another note, I think this frame is a tad little bit too small for me.

That down tube is pretty gross.
In other news, the 2011 seafoam green and lilc's purple Leaders are straight up solid.

Well actually the more you look at it in person; it doesn't look that bad. You should've seen the face of the mechanic who faced one side of the BB's (it wasn't done well in the factory, had a thick burr); when I walked in with it his face lit up and he said it was a beautiful frame. I was originally thinking that when I won the auction for it for less than a benjamin shipped to be honest.
Plus you can't really make it out from the angles of the pictures, but the orbea orca fork is slightly curved on the inside to match; making the frame look better compared than it would with the leader carbon track fork. It's rare now too that leader isn't making them anymore. So yeah, no 725 groupies for me! Oh yeah the welds are almost as smooth as the ones on my cdale track.
It used to nicer when some big name graffitti artists did some work.... it's a shame there's no such thing as respect or rep when it comes to amateurs.... there's been some great work there. I'll post up some good examples that were there.

Here's some nice mentionable works from that area.
This probably was the least appreciated one; it was sadly defaced horrifically the next day I walked there. Sad thing is when I took this picture, the paint had yet to have even cured entirely.

I must agree that the down tube on the 727 looks funky. When I was browsing for my next frame purchase, I asked what my lady thought about the 727, she said it looked like a damn beach cruiser. Lawls

Nah just kidding, it's Mandeville hall at UCSD. You have to find it through, as the doors leading to it are intentionally unmarked, they look completely conspicuous.

Just one more day before everything is up and ready.
I tried out the white deep-V's and I have to say it looks superb, though I am very proud of my newly built wheelset (*photos to follow soon) I have a new project that I will undertake regarding the Deep-V's
I just hope this sun can stay out a bit longer here in PDX

happypills - I was when I read that, then I was after I found out it was made-up.
Lilc - Can't you just show us the entire build already? I think I recall seeing that purple frame up on ebay a month or so ago. Buy it now was ~$250 shipped right?

Tomorrow, as long as the weather is good I promise I will take some photos of the entire bike with my new wheelset as well.

All I see is these stupid things:
It's like an over styled car, someone tried to get all creative and missed the mark entirely. In general that's my hangup with the Leaders, they just look like form over function and the form isn't particularly original or attractive.
