Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I can't PM yet -_-

Anything you need in Providence, shoot me a holla man.

I wanna come check out the shop you work at, too.

Weirdos Unite! Let's roll. I'm gonna gather up a few peeps out here also, I'd be amazing to do a downtown providence run in bunches.

Anyone else in the area - feel free to reach out!

Skidding is good in extreme moderation imo. In most cases, you should resist, skip, try not to get run over, turn last minute, and lastly run a brake! lol

I'm sitting here at work, waiting for my coworker to come back with a burrito and some tacos.

It's not that I can't skid on it, it's just that I'm having a really tough time doing it compared to my last stem. Anyhow, I returned the BMX stem... great for tricking but not for the main type of riding I do. Thanks for the input though BF.

For some reason I got hungry after reading this thread.

Three cans of tuna, for a tuna salad. Red and green peppers, lime juice, olive oil, diced tomatoes, green onion, sweet onion, diced olives, pepper, cucumber, avocado and a dash of cayenne.

For the quads after a hard ride.

I had some solid bulgogi for dinner tonight.

Last night I had home cooked celery root and yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts with pancetta, and red wine braised brisket with root vegetables (parsnips and carrots) and portabello mushrooms.

I totally forgot some tuna comes in oil... well I guess that's what I get for being healthy..

So I just open the can, sent it on fire and let it burn until????

Haha, my GF's roommate from last year (and her boyfriend) are both Korean, and we went over for dinner the other night. They sent us off with a container of bulgogi in marinade!
