Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I think Brakeless is stupid in public road.
I think Brakeless is slower in public road.
I think pedals and Saddles are the most important parts on the bike becuase they are directly connected to your body and your body input.
I think deep dish rims are stupid. (weight sooo much. I like CF deep rims though)
I think not every FG people skids

Haha, I knew it, and was waiting for you to convert to the ....braking...brake....broke....? Whatever side it is, I knew you wanted to do it deep down inside!

i rode with a brake for the first year and a half. then i flipflopped from the brake side to the no brake side for another year and a half mostly on the brake side. now i try to put a brake back on but it just looks too good!

Oh wow, I didn't know that (shows my newbie factor to the forums)
Yeah, that is a really ****ing sweet stealthy ride, funny that you post it just now, because I just clicked out of drooling over it in your pedal room right before this post! A brake may impede the flow a little, but the safety is probably work it if you mash hard. Maybe a reverse lever, I don't think it would be terrible on those drops.

damn that thing looks killer.. a brake might not look as cool but a mangled bike and a full body cast looks even lamer
