prooftheory 09-28-11 07:01 AM

Only if you have four legs.

Today I saw a 'Ted Shred' singlespeed climbing a hill. Didn't get a chance to see him stop though.
A bee booped my nose on my way back from class.
Aaaaannnnd 2 night tests in a row tonight - Flight Structures and Astrodynamics. Not excited.

misskaz 09-28-11 02:06 PM

Today I got these in the mail.

Looking forward to seeing how (if at all) they help my braking on my CX bike.

onezerozeroone 09-28-11 02:21 PM

It's clearly not a TG.

Sowwie, I thought it was a sort of spot what's wrong game... cloth tape is easy to rewrap through ;)

markaitch 09-28-11 02:35 PM

could that be a plain pasela, not tg?

edit...damn that scrod is fast

as long as i am editing...if you did not pay the higher price for tgs, keep it - paselas are nice tires. it is what i am using & i ride on some terrible roads covered in debris with no flatting so far. my only gripe is that they are huge, my 25s are as big as some 28s i've had.

and the vanilla paselas have all-black casing now, evidently, instead of the tan that's on their website (and even the catalog that the LBS was looking at when they ordered). I can do without the extra material in the TG, but damn if having mismatched tires isn't going to be annoying for the month it's going to last me.

haha.

longjohns 09-28-11 03:12 PM

today i lined some lugs. not sure how i feel about it. the lugs are so thin that the paint marker kept jumping off the edge.

those look exactly like the t-serv's tread. can someone hit me with the info regarding the difference? i think it's just a little more protection with the t-serv's... correct?

Scrodzilla 09-28-11 03:38 PM

Correct. Same tread, a little more protection with the T-Serv.

calbob76 09-28-11 04:25 PM

today I stripped my hub because of a crappy formula lockring. super bummer

J.Wolfe 09-28-11 04:48 PM

Today I traded my Cinelli 1a stem for Nitto B-123 track bars. Decided instead of buying a new stem, i would hand polish my old nasty nitto young stem previously on the bike to match.

results :)

after (w/o a polishing compound added still)

and the new bars/stem together

That turned out quite nicely. I love polishing stuff.
