I don't have the Kagero yet! lol
Should be here any day.. now |
It amazes me they already picked a new color after having it be out for like 2 months.
Are they changing anything else (you don't have to answer Scrod)? |
Today I:
(Ok it was last night but w/e) Took pictures from my hotel room on the 47th floor: https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-G...4/DSC_4656.JPG For the photophiles: Nikon D300, f/10, 30sec exposure, 17mm, 1250 ISO, Ritz Carlton Tokyo, Japan. I have the original available but it's like 11MB haha. |
Sick!
|
Today I took advantage of holiday economics and bought large amounts of candy at low low prices.

I shall honor it by having it as my wallpaper. :D |
Today I overdid it at my after work bar and 1.) missed my bike film fest volunteer meeting and 2.) had to call my husband to pick me up.
Shameful. |

I was thinking of putting a decal where the 722 is like what ddeadserious did. I'm really infatuated with the ∞ symbol. :innocent:

They didn't. It's not like the 2012 model is coming out on January 1st. Do you really think bike companies don't plan ahead?

Today I tried the Specialized Romin saddle:

Only if it's autographed.

You're usually not up this late Alex.
Today I finally got my new keyboard in the mail; mechanical switch goodness; clickyness that is driving my wife crazy. |
Anteres, cuántos?
|
The Romin is on my list of saddles to try. That and the Selle Italia SLC. Both are pricey, though.

I was suggested I try the Antares, but I do love my SLR... Can you compare/contrast the two?
...then I tried the Romin. The Romin is also wide. When I ride it in a deep drop or TT position, I can feel the pressure solidly on my sit bones and not on my perineum. Plus it comes up vertically at the front, so when I'm pulling hard on the bars, my crotch sort of has an anchor and I don't slide off the nose. For the same effect using the Antares, I'd have to tilt the saddle up, which makes the perineum pressure worse. So, if I weren't riding in a deep drop or TT position, the Antares would be fine. But, now that I've drastically changed my riding position, the Romin is more appropriate.
