Srsly.

Also - uber-serious airport officials who are in the midst of "interrogation" really don't like when you chuckle at their expense.

My friend Alexis is coming to visit, went on a beer run, and now I'm getting ready for another employee party. I think it's really cool of my boss to have us over for dinner and drinks now that we can't afford them on our own. In other news, the bar is still under reconstruction...

They really don't, haha.

I have a whole kit that I carry around with 2 multi-tools, wrench, pump, spare tubes, extra lights, flat repair, etc, and it is always in my backpack, in case I break down or I see a stranded cyclist that needs help. No airport ever stopped me until this one time when I was flying home, was such a pain in the ass having to explain everything, then having them swipe everything down to make sure bomb-making chemicals were not present. After that, they then had to ask their supervisors if my wrench and everything were okay to take on board. Wtf am I going to do with a thin ass wrench, make drum beats on the seat with it?

Put my old desktop PC back together as a media / 2nd machine, bought a 26 inch LG TV to use as a monitor and upgraded some of the old hardware...

Ever since I switched to clipless over a year ago, I still haven't overcome my fear of trackstanding while hooked in. ;_;

Ever since I moved out here to Hawaii, I just put all of my softshells and sweatshirts in the back of my closet.

I'm so sad because I love wearing jackets.

...just found out a bar in town is gonna have $1 Guinness on St. Pats. I sense trouble and can't wait! There has to be a catch, like 8oz cups o' Guinness maybe? But even 8oz cups for a buck could mean trouble!!!!

Today was the coldest night of the winter. I got home from ping pong night. I am terrible but it is fun. Biking in this with the wrong clothing is the worst.
