Today I put in some hours working on the pumptrack, then went and put in a fun 40 miles.

T9day I looked all over town for cheep 102mm BB. No dice. Will have to roll with a Sins crank with either 38 or 43 tooth chaining til I find BB that allows me to run my 39t ring

Today I put in 70 miles and 4800 feet of climbing for some base mile training. I should probably add there were 15-20mph winds the whole day, which made the whole thing *kind* of crappy. Still, base miles are base miles.

I think the altimeter port on my garmin is a bit off. It also crapped out on me for about ~5 miles during the ride. Might have to send it in for repairs or try and reflash the device to factory settings.

Today I got my first actual fitment done. Turns out I should ride a 64, not a 58 like I've been riding. My bike is comfortable though! In other news, I rode a Specialized Allez Comp with SRAM Apex grouppo and loved it, then rode a Trek Madone 3.1 full carbon with a mix of 105 and Apex, and loved it just as much. Decisions, decisions...

hwat

I only checked BF once today while at work, during which it was down. Then I went back to work. Apparently it was down for a long time.

There's some flexibility. Ideally I should have a 61cm TT with fairly low bars, which is the case with my Moto. The bar on my SR is a tad higher along with a 58cm TT. I can feel the difference in the bikes but I'm still comfortable on the SR even though I'm not as stretched out

Some people prefer to be more arches than others. I feel better with a more flat back

I'm 6'4". On my 58, I'm flat backed, and fully tucked. On the 64, I felt like I could ride for days and days. Soooo comfortable.

I found my 67 and 64 less comfortable. It was weird, I couldn't take the way upright positioning for too long.

Rapha bibs are really comfortable, but I've learned my lesson with those. I can't wait to get my team bibs/jersey for much cheaper.

Today I forgot to Strava my ride, didn't buy grips for my new bars, was about to dial in my saddle position, and almost checked my tire pressure before I left the house. I did, however, drink a cup of coffee in the park and chill for half an hour before work.
