rescheduled my follow up podiatry appointment to next Wednesday, in hopes it will heal more in the week, rather than going today, and needing a new one for two weeks.

It's a gamble. I hope I win.

There are so many great bags out there on the market I take pity on anyone in the market for one. When I bought my Chrome Ivan there were so many others I was debating between I was seriously losing sleep over the decision. Only way I ever actually pulled the trigger was a semi-impulse buy; I was riding down Milwaukee Ave with my old bag dangerously overpacked and digging into my shoulders when I passed the Chrome store, so I made a quick u-turn and bought one that day. But I could easily have spent another month making pro and con lists.

Today I'm realizing a few things. New tattoo the day before spending six hours in the sun is no fun. New tattoo and a sunburn at the same time is less fun, especially in a hot kitchen. It's hard to go from having a BFF that you talk to seemingly all day every day to not talking to them much at all. As burnt out as I am, I'm better at cooking than anything else I could probably try, so I'm going to stick it out. Lastly, despite all of the bull**** that's in my life right now, I'm a pretty lucky dude.

I live in Wrigleyville. Once my bike is rideable I might take you up on that offer!

This is why summer tattoos blow donkey balls. Keep it covered!

What is it?
Some ******* at school tried to steal my phone today, couldn't get past the password, took the SD card, and tried to sneakily return it. I saw him return it, but didnt realize he has the SD card until now.

We should really start hanging thieves and televising the hangings every day.

I saw this Synapse unlocked at the local community college yesterday. I was like huh? Are they doing a bait bike program? Does deflating your rear tire count as theft prevention at this school?

Can't wait to see small package contents!!!!

Bikes: 1988 Trek 800, 200? Fuji Marseille [shimagnolo], 2010 Windsor The Hour

I built my two wheels (my first) and reconstructed my FG.

Only took me about 45 and then 25 minutes to lace and about what you'd expect to tension/true.

It was really fun.

Check out the product in the show-off thread.

There are a lot of expensive do-dads on this rig - is there a possibility he just ran in a shop close by to buy a tube?

They are the indexing numbers for the subforums here at BF. The numbers are basically meant for the software the forum runs on but members who have been for awhile often mention the number instead of having to type out the names of the subforums.

33 = road bike racing
178 = SS/FG aka home here
41 = road cycling

I'm pretty sure all you guys know what notable item I ordered from PBK...

*The reflection on the crank is of an art piece my wife has on the wall. If they were analized like that they would probably be 6 times as much as I paid for these...

Bikes: Bike Count: Rising.

Those cranks are fake and need further testing....

Please send to the following address....

Just kidding, I'm perfectly happy with my 7400 dura ace cranks.

Today I put in a quick street ride on the dmr, then went to build at the pump track.
